About Mike


First elected Alderman to District 4 in 2020, Mike serves on the Finance Committee, Plan Commission, Board of Public Works, Wirth Park Playground Renewal Committee, and the Information Technology Sub-Committee.

Before moving to Brookfield, Mike was raised in Hartland, WI. Mike and his wife, Amanda, are proud parents of two beautiful children, Nolan and Ava. Amanda is a local nurse practitioner. Mike completed his undergrad at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and his masters at the University of Southern California.

Mike has a decade worth of experience in the Information Technology and Data & Analytics fields and is an Enterprise Data Architect at GE Healthcare. He previously worked at area Fortune 500 companies Northwestern Mutual and Centene, where he helped them solve complex technical and analytic challenges.

Mike's parents taught him by example the importance of public service and the value of community. Mike has been an active and passionate volunteer for Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative (Poverty), Diverse & Resilient  (Domestic Violence, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, LGBTQ advocacy), and Waukesha County Heroin Task Force, Waukesha County Drug Free Communities Coalition & Elevate (Youth Alcohol Tobacco, and Drug Abuse Prevention).

Mike is passionate about public service and believes in transparent and open government, common sense economic development, prudent fiscal responsibility, great parks and building a more accessible Brookfield.
